PROJECT WRAP-UP
After a project is completed, we ask that a brief evaluation of the project be completed by the recipients. This allows us to see who we’ve been able to help, how many people benefited and how we may help in the future; education, tools, etc.
We also have a responsibility to our donors/contributors; they like feedback on their donations. Photos, impact, so the organization can feel their help was worthwhile. Some organizations require this information as a prerequisite of receiving more aid from their organization. We do not want to lose our exemplary status with any of our contributors, so this form is of VITAL IMPORTANCE to us.
